Position: L ive-In Nanny Greenwich, CT

Overview:

A kind and loving family in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a nurturing and experienced Nanny to become part of their family and help care for their young children. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, and enthusiasm, and provide exceptional childcare as well as emotional support for their 2.5-year-old son and 3-month-old daughter. The family is looking to develop a lasting bond with a Nanny as this individual will be an integral member of the household.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7 AM - 7 PM

Breaks in the daily schedule will be based on the childrens nap and activity schedule.

Salary: $90k/yearly(some flexibility based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and loving care for the children, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Engage in creative age-appropriate activities and play to support their development.

Oversee daily routines, including meals, snacks, naps, and bedtime.

Maintain a clean and organized environment in childrens play and sleeping areas.

Drive children to and from school, activities, and appointments as needed.

Collaborate with the mother, who is often at home, to ensure the household runs smoothly.

Communicate effectively with parents about the childrens progress, routines, and any concerns.

Qualifications :

5+ years of previous professional experience as a Nanny or in a childcare role.

Genuine passion for children and childcare

Reliable, responsible, and mature, with excellent time management abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to safely drive and transport children (valid drivers license required).

Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate discipline techniques.

Accommodations:
