The Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) position offers a flexible opportunity for licensed professionals to launch or expand their private practices while receiving support from Headway. With Headway, clinicians can accept insurance effortlessly, manage client referrals, and conduct therapy sessions either in-person or via telehealth. This role is ideal for those with a valid license, NPI number, and malpractice insurance, allowing them to enhance their practice and patient care without administrative burdens.

Wage: Between $95-$130 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
