WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Neptune, NJ.

Job Function:

• Night Shift.


• 3x12: 7pm-7:30am.


• Responsible for managing the care of adult and/or pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high intensity therapies, and interventions.


• Provide support, education and comfort to patients and their families during their emergency room experience.


• Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing.


• Provide IV insertion, intubation, medicine administration, blood drawing, and many other medical procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).


• Current RN license for the state of New Jersey.


• 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty.


• BLS, ACLS and NIHS certifications from the American Heart Association.
  


• Fetal Monitoring Certificate Preferred.
