Mailroom Associate – Part Time
Location: Onsite in Lexington, KY
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday. Schedule will vary based on need but will be between the hours of 8am-8pm.

About the Role:
Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to roll up your sleeves? We’re looking for a Mailroom Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive team, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

\n
• Sort, prep, and scan incoming documents and mail
\n
• Remove staples, envelopes, and organize documents for digital processing
\n
• Receive, process, and archive both physical and electronic documents
\n
• Collect and deliver mail throughout the facility
\n
• Maintain a clean and secure work area, following company protocols
\n
• Sit or stand for extended periods to meet production needs
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly this is a physically active role
\n
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check
\n
• High school diploma or GED required
\n
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and accuracy
\n
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $15.
