Job Description
We are seeking a Coordinator to manage and oversee event-related services, including catering, reservations, and bookings. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle event inquiries, bookings, and reservations efficiently
✔️ Coordinate catering and other service requests
✔️ Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
✔️ Ensure all event details are documented and executed accurately
✔️ Assist with scheduling, logistics, and problem-solving as needed
✔️ Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service preferred
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems a plus
✅ Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused
