Location/Division Specific Information:

This role is in the Single Use Division and will be performed at our Logan, Utah location.

This is a 10-Hour Night schedule. Hours will be 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM Monday through Thursday.

How You Will Make an Impact:

This role will prepare and kit materials for the production departments. You will safely carry out the warehouse process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and work orders as they relate to material handling, equipment operating, and packaging goods.

A Day in the Life:

  • Work in a warehouse environment, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment

  • Use tools and equipment such as computers, tape guns, scanners, and forklifts

  • Follow safety and cGMP requirements

  • Deliver materials to other buildings using company vehicles (box truck and van)

  • Maintain accurate inventory in designated warehouses and locations.

  • Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized

  • Ensure product quality and collaborate with other departments

  • Prepare and update material movement documentation and inventory management system

  • Participate in Practical Process Improvements, Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities

  • Work effectively as part of a team, assisting with training and mentoring

  • Focus on personal development through timely completion of training

  • Adhere to schedule to meet production goals

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Required: No previous work experience required.

  • Preferred: Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field.

  • Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Operate forklift, scissor lift, box truck, and similar equipment and obtain certification through training

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Read and understand written materials, including words, pictures, and numbers

  • Accurate counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators and rulers

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions

  • Work up to 12 hours per day in a fast-paced regulated warehouse environment, with occasional overtime

  • Ability to lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassisted

  • Ability to stand, reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, and grasp while performing tasks

  • Use of equipment and hand tools, including scanners, tape guns, and powered equipment requiring forceful gripping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

The warehouse has some ambient noise

Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene including labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), common chemicals are disinfecting, solvents and IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol 70% and 99%)
