Job Description

1. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Automation System projects as mechanical designer or in Automation Systems engineering department.
2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
3. Advanced Autocad & Solidworks (2D/3D) user.
4. Experience in the design of electric drive, battery, powertrain non-standard equipment is preferred 1. Define with T.L. the machine and tool concept and share with the Control Engineer the system correct application.

1. Develop the mechanical groups and the cycle diagram of the station starting from machine schemes.
2. Define the correct manufacturing spec with detail drawings.
3. Achievement of time and costs targets of his / her part of project defined
4. Drive and check suppliers’ work progress.
5. Response to the failure/risk discovered in manufacturing phase and resolve.
6. To give support in case of failure/risk/open issues discovered in installation/commissioning phase.
7. Prepare documentation for design reviews (clamping strategy, flowcharts…) and customer deliverables required
