POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This intern will support our U.S. Energy division and provide valuable learning experience to a college student seeking experience and business exposure in the mechanical engineering field. U.S. Venture will structure the internship to afford additional college credit whenever possible.

U.S. Venture's Internship Program runs May - August. Dates may vary based on individual class schedules. This position is located in Appleton, WI and will start at 1025 West Navitus Dr, Appleton, WI 54913. We are excited to be transitioning to our new corporate headquarters during this internship timeframe and this position will eventually be located at 222 W College Avenue, Appleton, WI 54911.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create/update P&ID drawings

• Organize project files in a searchable/easy to use database (SharePoint)

• Recreate existing Terminal infrastructure in AutoCAD Plant 3D

• Create construction drawings for new projects

• Create spreadsheets for estimating/tracking project costs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Junior or Senior status preferred.

• Ability to manage and lead a project or perform a function with limited supervision.
