Position Summary:

The Member Relationship Growth Specialist is responsible for re-engaging dormant or inactive members through proactive outreach and personalized financial solutions. This role focuses on driving organic sales growth, deepening member relationships, and aligning with ACU’s mission to empower members to reach higher, achieve more, and take control of their financial future.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to members with dormant, inactive, or never-onboarded accounts to re-establish and grow member relationships through personalized outreach via phone, text messaging, and video banking.
  • By utilizing a full financial wellness conversation, cross-sell a full suite of financial products including:
    • Checking and savings accounts and other deposit products
    • Mortgages and HELOCs
    • Consumer loans and Visa credit cards
    • Other ancillary services offered by ACU
  • Provide support for service-related questions and resolve member issues with professionalism and care.
  • Manage a personal book of business and maintain consistent engagement to foster long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed defined sales goals and performance metrics in a proactive, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate operational integrity by ensuring processes are completed accurately while maintaining accurate records of member interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless member experiences and follow-through.
  • Uphold and promote ACU’s mission and values in every member interaction.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, financial services, or relationship management.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services is preferred.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a member-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools including video banking platforms.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to member success.
  • Ability to work Monday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm EST, Friday 8am to 6pm, and occasional Saturdays 9am to 1pm
