Job Title: WelderJob Description

We are seeking skilled welders for multiple openings on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Candidates must be flexible to train on the 1st or 2nd shift. Current shift times are 1st shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Future shift times will be 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and 3rd shift from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Verify correct filler metal is installed using provided setup sheets and change filler as needed.
• Adjust weld gas flow per given WPS instructions.
• Set up manual weld machine or download program per setup sheet instructions.
• Ensure proper tooling is installed in the robot or staged in the manual area.
• Review weld requirements from weld prints, including size, spacing, and location.
• Load and locate parts into tooling per print and work instructions.
• Weld parts according to customer-provided prints.
• Remove weld spatter and scale from finished parts.
• Remove material by grinding (metal finishing) using power tools and manually to meet customer specifications.
• Perform quality checks per setup sheet.
• Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area orderly and clean.
• Set up and operate robotic weld cells.
• Rework parts to customer specifications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time.
• Experience with bending, twisting, and lifting tasks.
• Robotic weld experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong integrity and teamwork skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
