Position overview: Coordinate and develop music ministry and programming, including brass, guitar, piano, and vocal music, in cooperation with Divisional Headquarters. Lead groups and develop new leadership. Coordinate Star Search and Divisional Arts Ministry participation. Encourage youth participation in creative arts and musical programs. Prepare, develop, and maintain programs to promote spiritual, physical, and emotional development. Equip youth and adults with musical gifts to serve God through The Salvation Army.
