Job Summary:
Paychex is a human capital management company that delivers advisory solutions in human resources, employee benefit solutions, and payroll. They are seeking a Netsuite Implementation Consultant to lead business process transformations and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and objectives
- Conduct Fit/gap analysis for optimal NetSuite solutions
- Design and document end-to-end solutions in NetSuite (customizations, integrations)
- Create detailed technical specifications
- Lead workshops and presentations to gather requirements and present solutions within the business
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships with business and consulting teams Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Configure system settings and preferences.
- Perform system maintenance and updates.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure data integrity and security.
- Stay up to date on NetSuite releases, new features and best practices.
- Maintain a strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
- Possess a solid understanding of relational databases and data management.
- Develop basic SuiteScript or SuiteFlow customizations (desirable). Stay up-to-date on NetSuite releases and new features.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 8+ full life cycle implementations
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, and/or industry specific experience
- Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. Paychex is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
- Candidates for this role may not be located in California
- This position is available for US based applicants only
Preferred:
- NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator
- Develop basic SuiteScript or SuiteFlow customizations (desirable)
