Network Security Engineer

Permanent | No Sponsorship Available Or C2C

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

They are a pre-revenue organization and slotted to deliver product to customers this year and poised to be the second largest manufacturer in their niche.
With big dreams comes rapid expansion - they are up to 375 total employees with more than 40 being added this year alone
They have multiple state of the art facilities through south central Wisconsin with more facilities in U.S. and globally expected to come online over the next few years.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000
PTO: 15 day of PTO + 8 Paid Holidays
Retirement : 401(k) - 100% up to 3%, 50% on the next 2%

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER

Work with the business to understand security gaps and make recommendations to eliminate threats
Respond to threats and vulnerabilities
Support the networking team with firewall routing and configurations
Assist in writing security policies

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER

Experience in Crowdstrike is incredibly beneficial
Experience with networking - Ubiquiti, Ruckus, and HP
Experience with firewalls - SonicWall
Diverse experience in cybersecurity
Understanding of NIST framework
