Your role In the role of Technology Analyst, your primary role would be to ensure effective Validation and Support activities. You will eventually conduct requirement analysis, define the activities and modules to develop and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. • Conducting daily performance checks on devices, periodic audits, and compliance.
• Coordination with the vendor, L1 teams for initial troubleshooting/report generation.

Primary Skill - Infra Security - Firewall Support Tools/product - Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, Pulse Secure VPN Should have extensive Network security experience on Checkpoint firewalls. Experience on Cisco, Juniper & Pulse Secure VPN will be added advantage. Assists with day-to-day support of security solutions. Reviews and analyzes appropriate cybersecurity solution system logs for performance. Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, and security configurations Maintaining and Updating of Infrastructure Security Documents Maintain the client's security and networking devices and upgrade when necessary.
