We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Al Packer Ford in West Palm Beach, FL. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients visiting the dealership
• Identify and understand customer needs and preferences
• Guide customers through the sales process and provide tailored solutions
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements:

• Previous automotive sales experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and negotiation skills
