\n80% FTE; core hours between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility.
\nAs an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our medical/surgical inpatient care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. You will be a part of a dynamic nationally recognized Pediatric Sedation Clinic.
\nWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:
\nEducation:
\nMinimum –
\nIf Nurse Practitioner:
\nMaster’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
\nIf Physician Assistant:
\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
\nLicenses and Certifications:
\nMinimum -
\nIf Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Family, Pediatric Acute Care, or Pediatric Primary Care.
\nIf Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification.
\nAll Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire AND CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
