Position Overview We are seeking an Off-Page SEO Lead who will own and execute link-building initiatives in the short term, focusing on delivering measurable ROI for our law-firm clients. In the long term, this individual will play a pivotal role in designing the logic behind our AI , which will ultimately automate off-page SEO and link building . You will also analyze results generated by the AI and leverage those insights to continually refine and improve our automated systems. Key Responsibilities Short-Term Link-Building Leadership Strategize, plan, and execute off-page SEO campaigns to deliver clear improvements in traffic and rankings for our law firm clients. Identify high-value backlink opportunities that align with client goals and industry nuances, demonstrating creative outreach methods. Long-Term AI System Development Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Science, Engineering) to design and refine the logic that will drive our automated link-building AI. Analyze AI-generated results and feedback data to iteratively improve the automation process, ensuring optimal efficiency and success. Stay current on emerging SEO trends and technologies to inform AI enhancements and maintain a competitive edge. Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis Monitor, measure, and report on core metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) to demonstrate the impact of link-buildingboth manual and AI-driven. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize strategies, ensuring sustained growth and maximum ROI for each client. Client Collaboration & Communication Act as the primary off-page SEO resource for our law-firm clients, translating complex concepts into actionable plans. Present link-building roadmaps, updates, and performance reports to internal teams and client stakeholders. Thought Leadership & Continuous Improvement Serve as the link-building subject matter expert, guiding both internal and client teams on best practices and innovative approaches. Provide strategic direction to FirmPilot AIs overall SEO offering, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of the industry. Qualifications 3+ years of marketing agency experience with a strong focus on SEO and link building. 3+ years of off-page SEO expertise , including proven link-building success for U.S. law firms . Track record of demonstrating clear ROI in traffic and keyword rankings through strategic link-building efforts. Creative outreach abilities to secure valuable links from authoritative sources, aligned with client goals. Willingness and capability to design and refine AI-driven automation logic , working closely with technical teams. Located in the United States (required for client collaboration and legal market expertise). Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
