Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain/manage project management program [WRIKE].
  2. Filing drawings/documents with local Fire Departments to secure work permit[s]. This requires traveling with your own car.
  3. Scanning process: scanning approved plans/documents into specific job folders on OneDrive.
  4. Printing: printing plans and documents.
  5. Preparing projects for plan examination: assembling/gathering all required drawings and documents for filing purposes.
  6. Calendaring; scheduling/setup meetings, appointments, field surveys with clients.
  7. Ordering office supplies.
  8. Answer and direct phone calls.
  9. Attend meetings to take notes.
  10. Assisting in field surveys.
  11. File documents.
