If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Office Assistant!
No prior experience in chiropractic or medical offices is required. We are willing to train the right person!
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
This is a part-time position offering 20+ hours per week . Shifts vary but fall within business hours: Monday–Thursday 9 am–6 pm , Friday 10 am–4 pm . We offer flexibility within these hours to accommodate your schedule.
As our Office Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly. Every day, you'll work closely with the doctor to accurately and efficiently document patient notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Whether it's entering notes after a patient visit, maintaining detailed records, or ensuring timely completion of documentation, your work will directly support our mission of delivering top-notch care. Your precision and organizational skills will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations.
