The full recruitment, management and development of online teachers on behalf of client schools/companies.
Our managed teachers either work from home or from our teaching centres.
We offer a fully accredited TEFL certification, which was developed specifically for the online teaching industry.
Additional courses focused on improving online teaching performance and leadership are available for all of our teachers in the Inspire Academy.

Position Details:
- Start Date: Dive into your teaching adventure right away upon completing the recruitment process.
- Teaching Hours: Peak hours from Monday to Sunday, 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time (minimum 12 hours per week), plus weekend options.
- Students: Engage with bright young minds aged 4-11 years old from China, creating dynamic one-on-one learning experiences.
- Class Duration: Deliver impactful lessons in 25 and 55-minute sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Remuneration: Receive a competitive base rate of $12 USD per hour.
- Contract Type: Join us as an Independent Service Provider, enjoying the freedom and flexibility of remote work.
- Location: Embrace the convenience of working from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are in Portugal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage students with captivating English lessons, fostering their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
- Create a dynamic and fun classroom environment, where students feel motivated and empowered to explore the English language.
- Lead discussions, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback to support student growth and development.
Minimum Qualifications:
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher: Show your commitment to education and continuous learning.
- Accredited 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or TEYL: Demonstrate your dedication to excellence in English language teaching.
- 2 years of teaching experience: Share your wealth of knowledge and expertise with our eager students.
- English first language speakers: From the USA, and Canada, bringing authentic language and cultural insights to the classroom.
- Computer literacy: Navigate virtual teaching platforms with ease and confidence.
- Engaging communication skills: Connect with students and inspire them to reach their full potential.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- PC: Ensure your device meets our specifications, including an Intel® Core™ i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater, and 8GB RAM or more.
- Backup power: Stay connected with an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) for 4-5 hours, ensuring smooth teaching sessions even during power outages (non-negotiable if you stay in an area with regular power interruptions).
- Internet: Ensure you have a stable cable or fibre connection, delivering a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- Accessories: Equip yourself with noise-canceling headsets, and an HD web camera, and create a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment to optimize student engagement and learning.
