Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily plant operations across production, quality, engineering, materials, HR, and support functions.
Drive performance through clear metrics, accountability, and effective leadership.
Align plant objectives with overall business strategy, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and talent development.
Lead and mentor a team of 2030 salaried employees, fostering growth and development at all levels.
Partner with the General Manager and cross-functional leaders to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical, safety, and environmental standards.
Build a culture of trust, communication, and collaboration across the organization.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred but not required).
7+ years of manufacturing experience , including 5+ years in operations leadership within 24/7 environments.
Strong background in process improvement, change management, and operational optimization .
Proven track record of safety, quality, and compliance leadership .
Exceptional ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
Willingness to be accessible 24/7, including holidays, to support plant needs.
Prior experience in large-scale, high-volume industries such as steel, plastics (injection or blow molding), paper mills, or other continuous manufacturing operations.
Competitive Compensation : $140,000$175,000 base salary + performance bonus.
