Millersburg, PA Single-Use Manufacturing Locations

How Will You Make an Impact?:

Working with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling and manufacturing product.

A Day in the Life:

• Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures.
• Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint.
• Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements.
• Drive safety culture and quality in all activities.
• Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate.
• Working with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling product.
• Participate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/ or Kaizen events.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• No work experience required.
• Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Follow all safety protocols.
• Drive quality in all activities.
• Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping.
• Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling.
• Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Ability to work in a fast paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as the need arises for production schedule adherence.
• The Clean-room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.
• Specific gowning is required including: gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like.
• Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene.
