Role: Oracle Project Manager

Location: Buffalo, NY

Relevant Experience: 8-12 Years

Responsibilities:

· We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

· The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OFSAA, including Reconciliation, Risk Management Credit, Operational Risk and Compliance, and Regulatory Compliance AML.

· Experience in Cards and Payments is a plus.

· This role involves managing complex projects that drive our company’s strategic goals.

· Conduct monthly business reviews with customer stakeholders. Manage the operational metrics and define the improvement areas

Qualifications:

· Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience

· 8 to 12 years of experience with Oracle applications preferably with OFSAA and Oracle DB, PL/sql, ODI and DIH

· Demonstrated experience successfully planning and executing a project/ program in a global company with a multi-national, multi-vendor environment.

· Proven track record of achieving service excellence, including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and coordinating (multi- disciplinary) teams with internal and external resources

· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (no mandatory)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $156,500/Year to $183,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
