Osprey Electric is expanding our solar division and looking for a driven, personable sales rep who thrives on building connections in their community and making an impact through sustainable energy solutions.

If you are a young professional looking to make a mark on this Island or a seasoned sales hunter looking to dive into a exiting renewable entry space, who is driven, motivated, has outside sales experience, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people, this could be your next big move.

You don’t need to be a solar expert (we’ll train you), but you should have a real passion for sales, alternative power solutions, the skills to build trust, and the drive to sniff out, hunt down and close deals. In this role you will be working in the community, reaching out to homeowners and informing and selling solar power systems on behalf of Osprey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet homeowners and introduce them too solar
• Generate leads through community networking, social media, and events (plus we’ll feed you warm leads too)
• Build relationships, listen to customer needs, and create solutions that make sense for their home
• Work alongside our project and engineering teams to deliver top quality installations
• Hit your monthly sales goals and above ( we want you to excel and are willing to invest in you to do this!!)
• Represent Osprey as the go to local solar partner in all communities

What We’re Looking For

• Outside Sales experience
• Passion for sales and strong people skills , you love talking with new people and building trust
• Outgoing and motivated, you thrive on the chase and the close
• Coachable and eager to learn, you want to sharpen your sales skills
• Organized and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline
• Bonus: experience in solar, construction, or technical sales (but not required)
• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends when homeowners are available

What You’ll Get

• Base salary + commission (no cap on commission)
• Pay: CA$60,000 – CA$80,000+ per year (base + Estimated commissions – commissions will be uncapped so the more you put in the more you receive)
