Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Class A Flatbed Owner Operators to join our growing fleet. As an owner-operator with RDF Logistics, you will receive 75-80% of the revenue on every load. You will have the freedom to manage your schedule while receiving consistent, high-paying freight.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Class A flatbed truck safely and efficiently across various routes

Transport and deliver freight on time while ensuring proper loading and unloading

Maintain accurate records of fuel, mileage, repairs, and other required documents

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries

Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience, with at least 1 year in flatbed operations

Must own a Class A truck

Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills

Ability to lift and secure loads as necessary

Clean driving record and a commitment to safety

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
