Roles & Responsibilities

• Package materials according to Standard Manufacturing Procedures (SMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Label, inspect, assemble, and fill containers under general supervision.
• Maintain accurate weighing of materials per SMP and SOP tolerances.
• Move materials from storage to workspace using material handling equipment.
• Identify the need for minor equipment repairs and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Communicate product or process status between shifts through oral or written reports.

Experience Required

• High School degree with 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience .
• Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.

Skills & Certifications

• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications in manual and routine tasks.
• Proficient in maintaining neat and accurate records and logs, both manually and electronically.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
• Capability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and use independent judgment in planning and decision-making.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school degree is required.
• Proficiency in English for reading, writing, analyzing charts, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Basic computer skills and experience with production equipment are essential.
