Job Title: Packaging Operator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Packaging department. This role involves basic packaging, kitting, boxing, operating a machine to print barcodes on labels, and handling shipping duties. You will prepare products, such as rolls of barcode stickers, for customer delivery. Some tasks will include shrink-wrapping and basic production labor. While the duties can be repetitive, cross-training in different areas within the Finishing Department is provided. A strong attention to detail is essential for quality assurance.

Work EnvironmentWork in a printing company that is clean, well-maintained, and encourages employee engagement. Employees receive branded water bottles and t-shirts and are encouraged to share ideas for lean manufacturing. The facility has been recently updated with more natural light and an open floor concept. Enjoy casual dress code with t-shirts, sweaters, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. Shift hours are 6am - 3pm Monday to Thursday and 6am - 12pm on Friday, or 3pm - 1:30am Monday to Thursday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
