A well-established business and construction litigation firm in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting attorneys in complex commercial and construction litigation matters and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation
• Manage case files, calendaring, and deadlines
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including e-discovery and document productions
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed
• Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and deposition materials

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in business and/or construction law
• Strong knowledge of Florida court rules and procedures
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
