Local parking company is seeking full-time parking operations specialists to enforce on our parking lots and in our garages.

This position is 1st shift & 2nd shift, it will include nights and weekends. You must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation because you will use your own car for work and you will be reimbursed mileage on a monthly basis. You will be required to show proof of the car's current registration and insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and send emails on company issued smart phone. Microsoft knowledge not required, but is helpful.
• Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations. Write violations, wheel lock cars and call tow company.
• Drive your own vehicle at work. (Includes monthly check for gas mileage reimbursement paid back to employee.)
• Work outdoors in different seasons and weather. Experience working outdoors is helpful.
• Able to work with a supervisor, and able to work on your own with no supervisor.
• Training will be provided for small repairs such as damaged parking gates.
• Provide great customer service by giving directions, teaching and showing customers how to use equipment.

Job Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation, must drive at work.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• First shift 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday, Second shift 3pm-11pm Wednesday-Sunday
• Weekends as needed

We will run a 10 year background check.
