Job Summary The UPS Store #7392 is looking for a Part-Time Center Associate to provide excellent customer service experience and help keep the store running smoothly. This individual contributor position is located in Fullerton, California and offers a pay range of $16.50 to $18 per week (based on experience), paid biweekly. • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Adhere to all applicable customer service and quality standards.
• Make sure customers receive world-class service.
• Execute all store operational activities, including opening/closing store, stocking shelves/counters, packing orders, etc.
• Process all customer orders rapidly and accurately according to established procedures.
• Troubleshoot customer service issues and provide timely resolutions.

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
• Ability to multi-task and switch between different tasks easily.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work weekend hours as required.
• Certified Notary Public (California) preferred.
