If you are looking for a FUN and REWARDING part-time job, you found it! British Swim School needs to grow its team of swim instructors to teach water survival and swim lesson to our AMAZING families in the Brighton, Hamburg, Hartland and Howell areas.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

• Compensation : $15 per hour and $150 for paid training with yearly bonuses.
• Flexible scheduling: We work around your high school sports seasons, concerts, and classes. We understand you have a life outside of work!

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Owners in a team-centric environment.
• Instructs survival and swim lessons by the British Swim School curriculum.
• Must be reliable to work a flexible schedule of three-to-four-hour shifts on Sundays and weekday evenings -

Qualifications:

• No experience is required - we will teach you all you need to know!
• Reliability & consistency is vital for our AWESOME kiddos and adults!
• Enthusiastic personality and ready to enjoy having fun at work :)
• Great team player
• High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion.
• Comfortable in and around the water. Strong swimming skills are a plus, but can be taught and developed if need be!
