Position Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced Office Manager or Executive Assistant who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You will be responsible for handling administrative, scheduling, billing, and communication tasks that keep the business running smoothly, allowing the owner to focus on coaching clients and growing the business.
This is a hybrid role , requiring both remote work and occasional on-site presence at our Watchung gym.
