What You'll Be Doing:

Supervise and coordinate clinical services, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician-prescribed plans.
Receive referrals, assign clinicians, and evaluate patient orders.
Coordinate patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and insurance approvals.
Ensure patient needs are consistently assessed and care is individualized.
Review assessments and plans of care daily, and consult with clinicians as needed.
Provide clinical services within the scope of practice, adhering to state laws and agency policies.
What You'll Need:

Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Home Health Experience.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 72,730.00 Per Year
