Join our F45 Family ! F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. F45 Training is personalized training in a group setting. Our revolutionary system of circuit training hits the entire body with an emphasis on weight bearing exercises and functional movements. You will be responsible for demoing & coaching scientifically predesigned workouts. This position requires a strong ability to motivate multiple clients in a group setting & offer your expertise on modifications as well as progressions.

 

DUTIES

 

• Lead & Coach high intensity interval training classes based on F45 designed templates.
• Demo exercises using F45 concepts and terminology.
• Ensure members use proper form; provide modifications when needed, & offer progressions for advanced members.
• Motivate, inspire, & encourage members.
• Get to know members & encourage their attendance
• Monitor participants to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Attend required training & educational weekly meetings.
• Help maintain equipment and general studio cleanliness during and after class.
• Create & Post creative social media posts and videos for marketing purposes.
• Assist with execution of a studio calendar with innovative ideas that engage and retain members.
• Inspire & motivate members to signup for various programs and in studio promotions.
• Guide groups of participants through transformation challenge process which includes exercise, nutrition and support.
• Host prospective members for studio walkthrough, consultation and sign up.
• Assist with telephone inquiries and follow ups when needed.

• Personal Fitness Cert from an accredited body
• Super High Energy ! Fun, friendly and Positive Attitude
• Reliable, punctual individual who complies with standards
• CPR/AED Certified

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
