Opportunity Snapshot:

1. Compensation: $30-37/hour
2. Location: Andrews, TX
3. Work Schedule: 7/7
4. Assignment Duration: 12 months+

Responsibilities

• Review of operating procedures to be sure it meets OSHA standards
• Creation of new operating procedures to be written
• Responsible for creating MOC's and all required documentation
• Assist Senior Tech with their responsibilities. Trains to become a senior tech
• Responsible for managing parts, inventory, consumables, tracking costs, and timely project management
• High level ability to troubleshoot Plant, compressor station and CO2 compression process and equipment
• Verifying documents are up to date
• High level P&ID's verification
• Participate in the PHA for your plant or compressor station
• Advanced troubleshooting
• Assisting other operators/plants with issues
• Actively manages chemical usage to optimize plant
• Actively manages loads between compressor station and hubs

Qualifications

• Use Excel to analyze chemical usage
• Demonstrate client culture
• Ability to make decisions with safety as first priority
• Strong leadership and relationship skills. Humble, willing to learn and accept feedback openly
• High school diploma or equivalent required
