PR & Channel Marketing Manager

Geek+ is an advanced robotics technology Company specialized in smart logistic solutions. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Beijing, China, the Company has become the largest independent logistics robotics company worldwide, with over 300 projects globally. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, and leaders in retail, apparel, automotive, ecommerce, manufacturing and more. Geek+ has over 1800 employees and offices in China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, the UK and the US.

Geek+ is looking to hire a PR & Channel Marketing Manager to help execute the US marketing and communications plan and grow US business, assisting the head of marketing on all marketing activities: public relations strategies and campaigns, support channel partners with well executed co-marketing strategies, media relations, event marketing promotion and execution, content writing, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Public Relations : Create and execute PR campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, implementation and evaluation
  • Draft brand content – Press releases, article drafting, press kits, infographics, pitch notes, invitations, blog posts, and awards applications
  • Drive earned media coverage centered around Geek+’s product line - event engagements and new product launches
  • Media/Partner/Vendor Relations : Cultivate strong national media relationships & brand partnerships in the U.S. and support Global team with worldwide PR efforts
• Channel Marketing – Close collaboration with channel partners in establishing effective co-marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Develop and deliver “for partner marketing” brand positioning, strategy, and integration into campaigns through owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Develop channel specific strategies in conjunction with upcoming product launches
  • Define measurement plan and framework; align measurement approach with desired campaign objectives and utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency across all marketing channels
  • Seek opportunities to collaborate across U.S. and Global teams, connecting like-activities, mutually beneficial scenarios, and inter-connected strategy to simplify and drive success.
• Event Marketing : Support U.S. team with pre-and-post marketing communications strategies
• Content Writing: Support U.S. & Global team with social, web/blog, print content consistent with brand voice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, journalism, English or related course of study
• Minimum 5-6 years of Public Relations experience handling corporate brands, agency experience a plus
• Business acumen with an understanding of B2B marketing and communications
• Superior writing skills with the ability to change voice and tone to suit audience
• Able to craft PR presentations to present campaigns from concept, through launch and post launch activities
• Ability to define and track performance metrics
• Passion for technology, interest in robotics products, knowledge of logistics a plus
• Interest in working in a fast paced, multicultural and multilingual environment requiring flexibility and to think on your feet (colleagues in multiple regions)
• Available for travel (trade shows, video shoots etc.)
