Our Pricing & Revenue Management team fuels this journey by maximizing ticket revenue on every flight across our networkdomestically and internationallywhile offering customers various product options. By analyzing market trends and forecasting consumer demand, this team ensures the right number of tickets are sold at optimal prices to maximize revenue and profitability.

Job Overview And Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to complex projects focused on identifying future revenue opportunities through evaluation of revenue management strategies and systems, and conduct trend analyses.
• Translate strategic directions into actionable activities by monitoring analysts to ensure results are achieved.
• Regularly update forecasts, identify revenue risks and opportunities, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects using Revenue Management/Pricing data to understand the revenue impact of strategies.
• Guide Revenue Management analysts in executing initiatives to achieve optimal revenue performance.
• Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring new and existing analysts.
• Support analysts in evaluating revenue management performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Note: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, approximately 50% onsite at our Chicago office and 50% remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or relevant airline experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, & PowerPoint.
• Analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Successful interview completion required.
• Reliable, punctual attendance.

• Degrees in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree.
• Proficiency with databases like Ticketing & Flown data, MIDT & ARC.
• Knowledge of Gemini and Airprice systems.
