Job Description: Family in Paradise Valley, AZ seeks an experienced, matured, long term, creative full-time Private Chef to prepare daily meals for the family. Must be available for possible summer travels to their residence in Aspen Colorado for extended visits. Summer accommodation provided for the Chef and their significant other (including a dog). Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Creating healthy organic fresh meals for family of 2, and staff lunch (7 including chef), plus occasional house guests. Preparing and serving lunch and dinner on weekdays. Prepare and leave weekend meals for 2. Prepare keto diet meals, grilling meat and vegetables, use of ooni pizza oven. Preparing for someone with minor food sensitivities and 4 day rotation diet. Ability to measure portions and ingredients. Cooking for guest lunch or events. Sanitation and organization of the kitchen (refrigerator, pantries, drawers, etc.), bar and pantry. Full responsibility for making sure all kitchen, dining areas, and serving areas are clean. Other staff may assist in this. Grocery, household shopping, and ordering. Work closely with catering company to come up with menu for events held at the house and anything food related. Must be able to work with a team including property manager, personal assistant, housekeeper, and maintenance crew. Assist in running errands. Schedule: The schedule depends on family needs, M-F with very occasional work one day of the weekend or full weekend. Prepare and serve dinner on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
