There are two primary roles for the Project Manager, (1) Project/workflow Management and (2) customer service, with a very heavy emphasis on the customer service side. The Project Manager will have full responsibility for the customer throughout the entire process, all customer service, and account management. The Project Manager is responsible for all customer experience outcomes. Training will be provided by the Project Management Manager and other trainers.
The Project Manager is more directly and intensely involved with Legacy customers than any other employee at Legacy. This position was designed to cater 100% to the needs of our clients, and it is a relationship-based approach. The Project Manager's whole job is to provide Legacy customers with world class service we call "The Legacy Experience."Everything the Project Manager does on a day-to-day basis has a direct impact on our Legacy customer experience, and there is nothing more important to Legacy than our customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Reach out to new customers same day and confirm upfront expectations
- Provide the highest level of service possible to each customer
- Maintain regular and consistent, professional communication and updates with all customers
- Submit the job documentation to PC's for job submission per Legacy standards (all paperwork, photo-documentation, notes, measurements and pertinent details)
- Explain insurance paperwork and/or estimates to customers
- Provide information and documentation to the Supplement and Invoicing team to get a price agreement finalized with the insurance company as needed (including all supplements/estimates, etc.)
- Provide all construction details pertinent for Production to properly plan and execute repairs according to the damages present, all pre-existing conditions of the home, local building code requirements, and the agreement with the customer
- Responsible for coordinating all work orders, material selections, upgrades for each customer
- Responsible for investigating additional revenue opportunities through upgrading products and introducing additional trade work not covered by the Insurance Company
- Manage accounts through the AccuLynx workflow for each customer
- Explain invoices to customers and collect all payments from customer

$70,000 - $120,000 a year
$70,000 Base Salary + uncapped commission structure
Average income potential in year 1 has ranged between $80,000 - $120,000 (based on performance).
