Position Summary This is a client directed, on-site role at the client location, serving as Project Manager and may assist junior Project Managers as needed. The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate tasks that directly or indirectly support the client's business needs. As a key facilitator within the organization, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, conducting monthly budget meetings with leadership, presenting high level budget overviews and key decisions. This role will also facilitate bi-monthly budget meetings with the Brand leads and coordinate with the commercial team. The Project Manager is the primary resource for the client and must be capable of adapting and creating plans in the absence of colleagues. This role reports to the SGS - Client Success Manager for the account and has direct reporting assignments with the client teams as well.
General Responsibilities - Respond in a timely manner to the client's requests and communications.
- Respond to requests of Client/On-Site Personnel /Sales and others.
- Participate in process improvement efforts to foster a positive creative impact for the client.
- Understand the Client's process for financials and intercompany events and budgets.
- Coordinate events for the region or other teams for innovations.
- Manage special internal project initiatives with the client.
Budget Responsibilities - Track financial actuals on a weekly basis.
- Generate reports using the client's tools.
- Prepare monthly forecast across all Innovation Brands and back office spend.
- Conduct monthly budget meetings with leadership and the brand leaders.
- Create purchase orders, process invoices in SAP, and update the PO tracker.
- Monitor travel expenses, update travel plans and actual.
- Coordinate quarterly invoices and ensure they are submitted on time.
- Address miscellaneous budget-related requests and challenges.
Team Meetings - Manage Innovation Team Meeting decks on a weekly basis.
- Maintain the Key Meetings Tracker weekly.
- Organize and prepare agendas for bi-weekly Innovation meetings.
Samples/Sell-in Season - Coordinate New Item Meeting samples.
- Manage additional sample needs for retailer meetings.
- Update the sample inventory tracker weekly.
Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements This position requires the following knowledge and skills:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Some College/associate degree preferred.
- 5+ years' experience preferred
- Experience in the design, print or production art industry
- Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos
- Proofreading skills required
- Ability to work independently

Salary range: $70,000-$74,000 annually
