Job Description

A recognized media company in New York City is currently seeking a new Senior Project Manager - Digital Email Marketing to join their growing team. In this role, the Senior Project Manager, Email Marketing will be responsible for helping to manage the high visibility and high impact email campaigns that reach our customers across the entire customer journey, ensuring they are receiving relevant and timely communications.



Responsibilities


The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Supporting the OEM line of business, overseeing and managing email campaigns
• Focusing on managing email initiatives/projects from creative development
• Obsessively organized and able to juggle many ongoing projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Serving as liaison between cross-functional teams (i.e. Creative Services, Brand, Legal, Digital Experience, campaign operations, Programming & Analytics) to support campaign development and execution
• Facilitating the end-to-end creative development process . From writing creative briefs that are based on data driven best practices and channel insights to evaluating creative and giving appropriate feedback to support its development
• Managing assets, tracking codes, tagging, UTMs, URLs and other elements required for campaign execution and reporting
• QA and audit email and online sales flows, ensuring email content and offers are presenting correctly and user experience is optimal
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Project and/or Process Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree with focus on Marketing or related field
• Email Marketing experience
• Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
