(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Psychiatric/Mental Health-NP - Outpatient Private Practice- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner- St. Louis, Missouri (New | Recent Graduates Considered)

We are currently searching for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or CNS to join a Psychiatric Group Practice in the St. Louis area. The Provider would work in an outpatient setting seeing a predominately Child| Adolescent population They would prefer a candidate with experience, but would consider a strong new graduate as the Psychiatrist enjoys training and mentoring new and recent graduates. There is an excellent management team in place and the PMHNP would be part of an interdisciplinary team and work collaboratively with the other Psychiatrists, LCSWs and Psychologists. The Schedule will be M-F, 8:30-5:00pm with the flexibility of working Mon-Thurs (4X10 hour schedule). The Provider would provide counseling and therapy services including; depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder, Bi-Polar Disorder and Alcohol | Drug Counseling, PTSD, as well as personality assessments, relaxation training, etc. Compensation is negotiable depending upon experience, but the base salary would be $115,000-$120,000 plus incentive bonuses based on productivity (50% of net collections paid to the provider over 180,000) . Most Providers are earning $135-$140K with incentives. The bonus can be flexed up or down depending upon the candidates salary requirements. Comprehensive benefit package including, CME and CME Allowance, Medical, Dental, 401K, Malpractice Coverage, and all dues, fees, licensure, certification| recertification covered as well. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus and $5,000 Relocation Allowance available for the right candidate.
