We specialize in machining, fabrication, and welding of critical components for the defense industry, including parts for aircraft carriers and submarines. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for monitoring fabrication processes, inspecting materials and finished products for defects, and ensuring all work aligns with applicable industry standards and customer requirements.

Our Quality Assurance Inspectors are critical to maintaining the high standards our customers expect. These are our "must-haves" for the position:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• U.S. Citizenship (this is a requirement of our federal contracts)
• Submission to a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
• Submission to a pre-employment background screening, with no felony theft, deception or violent crimes within seven years of disposition date AND no felony drug convictions within three years from disposition date.
• Proven experience in quality control processes within a heavy fabrication environment.
• SNT-TC-1A Level II certification in weld inspection.
• Strong capabilities in report preparation and data management using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word).
• Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance as needed.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to loud machinery, fluctuating temperatures, and handling industrial materials.
• Position involves repetitive motions and manual handling of tools, metal components, and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods during an 8–10 hour shift.
