Job Title: Quality Process Engineer

Job Description

This position plans and conducts activities pertaining to the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products. In this role, you will assist the Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) team with quality issues on new product launches, including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). You will prepare and evaluate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents for customers and suppliers, upload required SPC to customer portals daily, and assist in developing and implementing standards for inspection, testing, and evaluation to meet customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include planning and conducting activities for quality control and quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products.
Hard Skills

• Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of experience OR 10+ years as a Process or Quality Engineer
• Quality Core tools - FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP
• Process engineering - process controls plans
