About The Role

As a React Native Engineer reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll spearhead the product development efforts, collaborating closely with the Leadership Team to execute the product roadmap. Your role encompasses everything from coding and database design to product prioritization, sprint planning, design brainstorming, and customer feedback sessions. You'll work alongside a dedicated Designer and two Full-Stack Engineers to optimize both the customer and employee experiences through cutting-edge technology. We seek a proactive individual who excels in React Native and mobile development, capable of fostering a data-driven culture within the company. We're looking for a rising star who thrives on surpassing expectations and shares our passion for empowering students to serve each other better!

Requirements

Qualifications

• 6+ years of programming experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Proficiency in working with REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Strong background in Unit Testing and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Outcomes

• Redesign and enhance the mobile app, rolling out weekly improvements.
• Develop a Racer app to offer real-time tracking for customers.
• Deliver production-ready interactions at the pace of our design team.
