The role involves advising clients on land use and zoning matters, drafting legal documents, representing clients in proceedings, and staying current with Florida regulations. Key Responsibilities: Providing legal advice on land use and zoning issues in Florida Drafting and reviewing land use-related legal documents. Representing clients before zoning boards and other agencies. Conducting legal research on land use and zoning matters. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders on development projects. Negotiating land use agreements and easements. Staying updated on Florida's land use and zoning laws. Preparing legal arguments and strategies. Assisting with community outreach. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Florida bar admission. Minimum of 5 years of experience in land use, zoning, or real estate law in Florida. Strong understanding of Florida's land use and zoning regulations. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Florida governmental agencies and local planning processes. Knowledge of Florida environmental regulations and sustainable development practices.
