A rapidly growing Real Estate firm expected to double in size is currently hiring for a Real Estate Sales/Training Manager in Charlotte. This is an on site position working with current agents, so the ideal candidate will be local to Charlotte or open to relocating..

Job Details

• The Sales/Training Manager will help to Onboard, Coach and Train new agents
• The ideal candidate will be licensed or have been licensed at one point in time
• Have a hunter mentality and be able to mentor, coach and develop other agents
• Help impact the bottom line of the organization, but will not be in production
