Showing Agent Opportunity – Real Estate Growth Path
We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent who wants to learn to gain real-world experience, strengthen client relationships, and build a lasting foundation in real estate while earning rewarding commissions. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+.
In this role, you’ll learn to guide buyers through property tours, follow up consistently with leads, and support clients throughout the buying process. You’ll collaborate directly with experienced agents, gaining hands-on exposure to the systems and strategies used in top-producing real estate businesses. This is a great stepping stone toward becoming a full-producing buyer or listing agent.

Responsibilities:
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner

Qualifications:
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Real estate license
