First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Present yourself in a professional manner • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company: This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
