Job Description
Now Hiring for a Recruiter for our Downtown Baton Rouge Express Employment Professionals Office. Full time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Full Benefit package including Medical, Vision, Dental, Retirement plan, PTO and Holidays. Job performed in office daily, no remote working available, must live in the Greater Baton Rouge area.
As a Recruiter you will be helping companies find great employees and helping applicants find great companies. Daily duties include recruiting, writing job postings, conducting phone and in person interviews, communicating with applicants and hiring managers of companies. This is a highly demanding but rewarding fast paced work environment. We are looking for candidates that can always maintain composure and professionalism, while analyzing and/or prioritizing multiple duties at once. Very strong communication skills required and previous sales experience preferred. This person must have knowledge and understanding of Industrial Companies.
Experience/Job Requirements:
-Will be responsible for meeting daily and weekly activity goals
-Desire for professional development and growth
-H.S. Diploma or GED required, some college a plus
-Typing and Computer proficiency required
-Min 2 years in a professional customer service or sales position required
-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to follow directions, attention to detail and time management skills
-Previous Inside or Outside Sales Experience and / or previous experience in a professional Industrial role preferred.
Salary is $40,000/yr and will be eligible for raises, commission and bonuses after training period.
